2. Bookings and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by us. Submitting a booking request through our website does not guarantee confirmation. You will receive a confirmation by email and/or SMS when your ride is approved.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate information when booking, including pickup time, addresses, flight details (for airport rides), number of passengers and luggage.

3. Rates, Fees and Gratuity

Rates may vary depending on distance, time, vehicle type, number of stops and special requests. Tolls, parking and additional fees may apply.

Gratuity (tip) for the chauffeur may be added automatically or paid by the passenger at the end of the ride, depending on the type of booking.

4. Cancellations and No-shows

Cancellation policies may vary according to the type of ride and vehicle. In general, cancellations made with short notice may be subject to cancellation fees, including up to 100% of the estimated fare.

If the passenger does not appear (no-show) at the pickup location without prior notice, the full amount of the ride may be charged.

5. Passenger Conduct and Safety

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and follow all instructions given by the chauffeur regarding safety. Smoking, consumption of illegal substances and any unlawful behavior inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a ride if the passenger's behavior is deemed unsafe, abusive or illegal. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

6. Delays and Force Majeure

We always strive to be punctual; however, we are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, accidents, weather conditions, road closures or other force majeure events.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Let's Limousine LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
